I have a mattericonceming the SA Medical Association and a proposed business plan that i had written and 
had contacted the board about in 2009. Heather Mack has advised me that I need the advice of an Intellectual 
Lawyer in regards to the business plan. 
I had started research concerning the'aevelopment of a Medical Specialist Centre to be establisheA in the 
Port Pide region in 2007. I was receiving advice from a:business advisor vlichael Fetherstonhaugirof  the 
Regional Development board , Port Pirie. I had conducted statistical research surveys through outThe local 
and regional GP'S , Medical Centres and Hospitals, which resulted in a positive response in order for me to 
continue to develop and establish the business plan for the centre. 
Mad also conducted customer surveys throughout the local and surrounding eras to gather statistical 
research Information regarding the specialists required for certain medical conditions with in this and 
surrounding areas. 
I then developed and completed the business plan, The Specialist Medical Centre, prepared September 2009. 
On advice otterry Reichelt of the Regional Development Board , Port Pirle:i then contacted the SA Medical 
Association 'Minister of Health, Hon Jon Hill MP-con the 18th of September 2009, in regards of acquiring 
funding and support to establish the centre in Port Pirie. I received a letter from Hon Joh Hill MP advising me 
that the Health Advisory Council of Port Pirie were engaged in a 10 year health service needs planning 
process, but they could not help me with my business proposal and that I should contact Mr Roger Kirchner , 
Director Mid North Cluster, Port Pide Hospital, in order to obtain funding and support. 
I then on this advice proceeded to contact" Mr iGrchnerC? who then asked for my business plan to review to 
consider if he was able to assist me with the funding and support i was seeking. I asked for the business plan 
to-iremain confidential and that it remained my property and i would allow him to review It on a trust basis, to 
which he agreed, a verbal agreement. 
He then proceeded to review my...business plan for 3 days: i contacted him after these 3 days to reauest_the 
return of my business plan. - 
On this meeting with Mr Kirchner , he then returned my business plan and had explained to me that it was an 
excellent idea / plan and that we needed people like me in this community , researching health motters and 
trying to establish a centre to cater to these health matters 1 concerns , but unfortunately he was nnable to

I then proceeded to conduct more research through the local and regional surrounding areas, GP'S, Medical 
Centre's and Hospitals In regards to eiecond business plan , M.S.I.C, to work in coniunction with the first

then developed the second business plan and proceeded to try and fund the project through my own personal 
Inances from the sale of my home, to which i kept meeting dead ends. I then stopped with the financial side 
of the business plan and sought more support through the Regional Development Board, Hospitals and

2. I commenced this statement at about 6.15pm on Sunday the 22nd of May 2016. 
3. At about 10.10pm on Thursday the 4th of February 2016, I was in company with Brevet 
Sergeant Daniel NICHOLSON, obtaining a meal at the drive through at MCDONALDS, 
located on Main Road PORT PIRIE. 
4. It was at this time I heard a female yelling and screaming, I couldn't make out what she 
was saying. 
5. As I drove from the drive through I could hear and now see a female walking in a 
northerly direction along Main Road, she was yelling out 'you fucking dogs'. It was at this . 
time that I observed and Senior Constable Farried MUHSIN following the female on foot. 
6. A short time later I observed Constable Gary BROCKHOUSE drive his police fleet into 
the carpark of MCDONALDS. I parked my police fleet near BROCKHOUSE'S as I 
observed MUHSIN and BROCKHOUSE struggling with the female. I assisted in 
controlling the female while she was handcuffed:

I was contacted y 2021 by Officer Leong, stating that she was from Services SA on the 
phone number : During this phone contact I was informed that the phone call was being 
Recorded and the information given was not to be shared with a third party during the recorded phone call. 
Officer Leong (woman) informed me of the issue of suspected Identity Theft (my Identity) which involved 
numerous bank accounts being opened in my Identity and being used for Illegal purposes of Drug 
Trafficking, Money Laundering, Money Transfers to a corporation, Fraudulent Activity and were operating 
in numerous locations, from recalled memory being Queensland, ANZ, NAB, as some of the numerous 
accounts, and involved over I million dollars illegally rotating through the bank accounts. 
I was informed that my Tax file number was being Illegally misused in Australia and that my bank accounts 
and tax file number would be suspended. 
I was asked to provide the details of my banking institutions and the balances of the bank accounts in my 
name. I informed Officer Leong that I held 3 bank accounts with the Commonwealth Bank, 2 personal 
accounts and I business accounts, balances being $530.00, Goal Saver account, $10.00 - $15.00 in the 
business account and $15.00 - $20.00 in the personal account I informed Officer Leong that the accounts 
were set up by the Commonwealth Bank Manager, Paul Flavel, Kadina and could be confirmed by Paul 
Flavel, Manager. 
Following providing my bank account details I informed Officer Leong that this was a case of Identity 
AC Theft. Officer Leong agreed with me on the case of Identity Theft and informed me that the case would be 
referred to Federal Agencies- Federal Police.- Leg& Investigation. 4r" 
Officer Leong then informed me that my bank accounts and Tax file number would not be subjected to a 
suspension and the case would be referred to the Federal agencies for a thorough investigation and I was 
not instigated in the illegal activity that had occurred because of the Identity Theft - Legal Investigation. 
I was informed by Officer Leong that the details would be sent to me via email services. 
have not received an email from Officer Leong concerning this matter and contact. 
Currently my email service registered under a business registration with GoDaddy is under investigation for 
email hacking and Malicious Activity that has been reported by myself and occurring in 2020 - 2021. 
As confirmed by Tetra Head office, concerning continuous Fraudulent Activity occurring in all accounts 
over a 10 year period, the source of the continuous Fraudulent Activity in every account, server has been a 
result of Remote Access to servers, accounts and Computer Hardware resulting in blocked access, blocked 
contact, altered details and Fraudulent Activity and has been conducted by Government and Police Sources 
Government and Police Targeting over a 27 year period resulting in Specific Targeting of an Individual by

Paul Gardner reported to be involved in Real Estate, Queensland, Regional South 
Australia, Metropolitan areas South Australia, Skip Hire, Self Employed, Port 
Germain, Cha - Ching Loans, a finance company of self employment, Queensland - Roger 
Gadner, ( Father ) Real Estate Developer, Queensland 
Paul Gardner, Port Germain stated to have bought a property in Queensland situated 
across from a primary school. 
Information acquired - Personal contact between myself and Paul Gardner, Port Germain 
Two weeks prior to meeting Paul Gardner. Port Germain I had mentioned whilst in my own 
presence within my place of residen is not like I'm going to 
meet anyone while I'm out shopping
I was feeling quite low in spirits on the day I had said this as I longed to be in a relationship and 
had begun to feel the loneliness of the isolation which had began in 
with the loss of my friendships and business connections - Telecommunication systems. 
It has been reported to myself of certain text messages not reaching there destinations, friends 
and relationships and had appeared to be altered, not the way that I spoke.

Two weeks after making this statement within my own presence I met Paul Gardner, Port 
Germain while shopping in the Coles supermarket complex while he was shopping with his son 
Kane Gardner, Port Germain. 
I had met Paul Gardner, Port Germain in one of the shopping isles and we had interacted briefly 
in small talk and an exchange of a giggle as he had tipped the trolley over accidentally with his 
son in it. 
After the interaction I walked away and kept on going with the shopping duty's before entering the 
checkout area of the store. As I walked towards the checkout I noticed Paul Gardner standing in 
front of the next customer as I started to place my items on the conveyer belt to be served. 
As I waited to be served and Paul Gardner was being served we kept eye contact and exchanged 
more small talk which led to Paul Gardner stating that he would like to take me out on a date 
sometime as we kept smiling at each other. Paul Gardner, Port Germain handed me a personal 
business card, Cha - Ching Loans which contained his mobile number. 
Paul Gardner , Port Germain was blushing while talking to me. 
I then left the shopping complex and walked out towards my parked vehicle parked within the 
Coles Supermarket complex carpark. 
As I walked towards my parked vehicle Paul Gardner, Port Germain who was standing near his 
oven parked vehicle walked towards me calling out before we engaged in small talk once again. 
Paul Gardner, Port Germain had mentioned in that interaction that he had known my vehicle by 
stating , " The maroon Magna " 
I had found the comment to be odd but ignoraillaanysk insuspicion due to the current faeras 
that had been occurring whilst residing in 
in relation to the acknowledgement of the illegal broadcast Magic FM and the 
interference in my Telecommunication Systems. 
Within this interaction Paul Gardner, Port Germain had stated that he had only just moved to Port 
Germain from " Sufferers Paradise , Queensland ", and that he had only just broken up with the 
mother of his child, Port Germain. 
Two night later I sent Paul Gardner, Port Germain a to invited him to join me at 
the Smelters Picnic, Port Pirie 2014 and invited his son Port Germain to join us 
also.

Paul Gardner, Port Germain agreed to meet me at the Smelters Picnic 2014 and we met the next 
afternoon at the front gates to the football oval of the Smelters Picnic, Port Pirie. 
We spent the day together with his son Kane Gardner wandering around the Smelters Picnic, 
Port Pine while Kane enjoyed the sideshows and entertainment. 
During our time together at the Smelters Picnic I walked with Paul Gardner and his son Kane 
Gardner to the Central Hotel, Port Pide to purchase some take away alcohol before returning to 
the oval of the Smelters Picnic, Port Pirte. 
Upon our return from the Central Hotel, Port Pine we caught up my son and his 
friend whom walked back wi s Picnic before I drove my son and 
his friend back to my place of residence, 
I returned to the Smelters Picnic, Port Pine and continued to spend the afternoon with Paul Gard-
ner and his son 
That evening Paul Gardner and his son Kane Gardner accompanied me back to my place of 
Residence to finish off the drinks of which we had purchased and continue in our interactions of 
conversation. 
We had got along well and Paul Gardner, Port Germain seemed to be enjoying my company and 
spoke with respect and politeness. He was well presented in his presentation of himself. 
• Paul Gardner spoke to a lawyer e Smelters Picnic stating that he was in legal 
proceedings with his ex girthiend mother 
• Paul Gardner had mentioned that evening in our conversations that he had once affiliated 
with various motorcycle clubs in relation to his self employment - Cha - Ching Loans 
We did not speak for two weeks after this initial meeting - First date - Paul Gardner did not 
answer the text messages that I had sent to his number - mobile phone 
After a two week period of silence I received a text message from Paul Gardner , Port Germain 
stating that he had not had any credit on his mobile phone, pre - paid and was unable to answer 
the received messages. 
That evening I had got into an argument with Paul Gardner during the text message interaction 
due to one of the messages that I had received from Paul Gardner. 
Paul Gardner had stated in the message that he was going to tag me with his mates. 
I had found the comment to be sexually over toned and very offensive and told him my opinion 
using profanity . I had called him an Arsehole. 
I had said goodbye that evening and severed our interaction because of the offensive comment. 
Paul Gardner and I did not speak for a moment after I sent the last text message before Paul 
Gardner sent a message apologising for the comment and explaining that he had an 
inappropriate sense of humour and that if I was to interact with him I would have to get use to his 
quirky sense of humour. 
I met with Paul Gardner, Port Germain two weeks later after exchanging numerous text 
messages and phone calls at his Port Germain residence. 
I believed that I was in the beginning stages of forming a relationship with Paul Gardner.
