we did? how do you know that? on May 24th ? I see I must first call 311 to determine they made a clerical 
error...after we determine the error was made I still have to send in a letter of explanation and a copy of my 
vehicle registration...just what I want to do

Look what Bella received...? Some cop wrote down the wrong plate number for sure. I was not in NY city 
at 4:13am on Thursday May 24th?...but what do I have to do now? this is going to be a mess to deal with I
