Brain has a long history with us and for lack of a better description is the ultimate 'Macgyver' with regard to the unending requirements for immediate fixes, jump in with both feet and get it done unexpected emergencies and dealing with basically anything. He is an asset without question and without question can be difficult to deal with by others but he can be and has been managed. In my opinion he is absolutely worth having available for all the weird, oddball items and projects that seem to come forward at a steady clip. Estimating and bidding projects, that historically have consistently changed and evolved as they move along is not within his tool bag, so to speak.
