She is respectful of your property and the space around you and is extremely clean , neat and tidy 
IN II has commented on her cleanliness and helpfulness - I have never heard say this about anyone 
She is kind and thoughtful and constantly asking whether she can help myself, and others 
Where other people wont even think to offer help she does so without me even having to ask. eg helping me pack 
up luggage and food bags in Long Beach. 
I have not heard one person say a bad thing about her.
