I spoke to the UPS MIA facility supervisor Dario Palma, who confirmed he has the Chromix shipment in 
his possession on a trailer, and it will be delivered today 3/25 by the end of the day. 
I will try to make the Wednesday, 3/27 sail so the product can arrive on STT over the weekend, and be cleared 
on Monday, 4/1. 
I will update all once Tropical Shipping FL has confirmed receipt.

The Chromix concrete colorant for the Road Projects is missing. UPS was scheduled to deliver to Tropical 
FL on 3/19, then cancelled. They rescheduled for delivery today 3/21 after I and the vendor (Coastal 
Construction) called yesterday 3/20. According to UPS tracking, the shipment left their Miami facility this 
afternoon for the Tropical Shipping Miami warehouse. According to Tropical Shipping, the driver arrived, 
opened the truck and it was empty. 
UPS can trace the shipment from Illinois to Miami, but do not know where it is currently. They have already 
opened an investigation. 
I will call in the morning and will keep calling until they locate your shipment. 
I notified Mr. Jeffers, who is ready to begin the pouring of the roads. 
At this point, I cannot tell you when the Chromix will be delivered to LSJ for the project.
