Dear Tallah: 
Pursuant to our phone call earlier today, I am writing to provide notice of withdrawal of 
the entire investment of Redacted I am also attaching two fully filled out 
and executed Request for Withdrawal of Limited Partnership Interest forms, one for my 
investment made on 9/1/03 and the other for my investment made on 4/1/04. 
It is my understanding that Redacted invested $115,000 on 9/1/03 and 
another $75,000 on 4/1/04. Both investments are subject to the 2-year rolling lockup. 
Accordingly, the next withdrawal date for the 9/1/03 investment is 9/30/07 and the next 
withdrawal date for the 4/1/04 investment is 6/30/08. 
I intend for these notices to be effective (and timely) as to both investments. 
Please let me know (1) if you are in agreement with my understanding of the withdrawal 
mechanics and (2) that you agree that this notice of withdrawal will be effective as to 
both investments.
