If we like the Designer, we then get him to quote for a complete =esign for LSJ irrigation including the provision for future modification an= expansion. If JEE is OK with the cost. we commission a full de=ign. 3. We (LSJ) decide which parts of the design we are capable of=doing (I would guess this is the excavation and installation central water =ine network), 4. We put the installation of the electronics, sensors, flow meters =tc out to contract (maybe local but unlikely). We have these items on a Ion= term maintenance contract. 5. We have at least two of our staff trained in pipe and=head installation and repairs. By doing this we have control at every stage and we separate the design fro= the build. (Scott could even quote competitively for the installati=n). I do know of one company in Florida (Winter Haven) that is a certified Irri=ation design Auditor and Designer.
