Ray Madoff, the proposed mediator, has expressed=an interest in mediating the dispute. She charges $700 per 
hour whic= will be split in thirds. She reports that she would like to meet with each attorney separately and then 
convene for a 1 day jo=nt session. Since we have already approved Madoff I assume these terms are=acceptable but 
want to make sure you are ok with them. Thanks.
