I got back to GSJ at 12:45pm. 
I asked Tap why is the generator so loud? if it's new? He went to ch=ck it for me and said it doesn't have any oil in it. 
I asked him to please put oil in it. Tap said that he have to shut it down r=ght now. This is Bad 
One of Elderfield workers said that the carpenter on the beach (Brian) is th= one that checks on it during the day
