Professor Ernesto Pereda of the Physics Department of La Laguna University =ULL) a well established Spanish University 
has agreed to host the money an= administer it, taking 20%, and sending it to Goldsmith's who will also =take 20%. 
If you agree, a total amount of 98,000 Euros (105K dollars) would be split =his way. 
ULL 19.6K Euros to handle grant.
