About: The Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution
Saudi Arabia, hosted by the King Abdulaziz City for
Science and Technology (KACST) in Riyadh, operates
as a dynamic “do tank” focused on leveraging the
Fourth Industrial Revolution for progress. Aligned
with Saudi Vision 2030, the centre’s mission is to
drive economic diversification and technological
advancement in the country.
The centre spearheads initiatives across cutting-
edge technologies, including AI, the Industrial Internet
of Things (IIoT), autonomous systems, quantum
technologies and smart cities. Through these efforts,
it is enhancing efficiency, fostering innovation
and positioning the country as a global leader in
technological development. By collaborating nationally,
regionally and internationally, the centre shares
knowledge and best practices, further reinforcing the
objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
