Friday, 3:49 p.m. — Police investigated a counterfeit bill passed in the 2200 block of Ashland Street. Friday, 4:44 p.m. — A 19-year-old man was cited in the 200 block of Water Street for skateboarding without a helmet. Friday, 6:25 p.m. — Police cited a 27-year-old man and a 29-year-old man for smoking in a prohibited area in the first block of East Main Street. Friday, 7:57 p.m. — Police arrested a 27-year-old man on a theft charge in the 100 block of Lithia Way. Friday, 8:26 p.m. — Police arrested a 36-year-old man on harassment and assault charges in the 300 block of Clay Street. A 39-year-old woman was cited at that location for harassment. Friday, 11:06 p.m. — Police investigated a report of a missing woman in Ashland. Friday, 11:31 p.m. — Police arrested a 49-year-old man on a trespass charge in the 2500 block of Ashland Street. Saturday, 4:37 a.m. — Police investigated a non-injury motor vehicle accident in the first block of Fourth Street. Saturday, 1:05 p.m. — Police cited a 56-year-old woman for an animal control violation in the first block of East Main Street. Saturday, 1:53 p.m. — Police arrested a 37-year-old man on fourth-degree assault and strangulation charges, along with several warrants in the 500 block of Indiana Street. Saturday, 2:39 p.m. — Police found lost property in the first block of North Main Street. Saturday, 8:31 p.m. — Police cited a 21-year-old man for animal control violations at the intersection of East Main and North First streets. Sunday, 2:59 a.m. — A male was detained in the 100 block of East Main Street and taken to the Moore Center. Sunday, 11:17 a.m. — Police investigated a report of a motor vehicle theft in the 1900 block of Nezla Street. Sunday, 1:45 p.m. — Police cited a 25-year-old woman in the first block of North Main Street for prohibited smoking. Sunday, 2:52 p.m. — Police arrested a 63-year-old man in the 1100 block of North Main Street for driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of a schedule IV drug after he crashed his car into a parked vehicle. Sunday, 3:47 p.m. — Police cited a 22-year-old man for drinking in public and a 29-year-old man for smoking in a prohibited area, both in the 100 block of Lithia Way. Sunday, 3:58 p.m. — Police investigated the theft of a bicycle in the first block of Lithia Way. Sunday, 5:31 p.m. — Police cited a 45-year-old woman in the first block of Winburn Way for smoking marijuana in public. Sunday, 7:11 p.m. — Police arrested a 57-year-old man on trespass charges in the 2300 block of Ashland Street. Sunday, 10:28 p.m. — Police conducted a welfare check on an adult male in the 500 block of Elizabeth Avenue. Monday, 12:10 a.m. — Police assisted a medical response in the first block of Winburn Way.
