The complete list of items available can be found online at ashland.or.us , and maintenance records are available for public viewing at the Ashland Service Center (90 N. Mountain Ave.). Each bid must be submitted individually on an official bid form and placed in a sealed envelope marked "sealed bid," and received at the city of Ashland service center/purchasing office (90 N. Mountain Ave.) prior to the public bid opening at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 24. Official bid forms are available for pickup at the city or online at ashland.or.us. Bids that are not submitted on an official bid form will not be considered. Vehicles and equipment will be sold as is and no warranties will be given. Among the long list of available items are seven vehicles, including a 2009 Police Dodge Charger with 94,619 miles, a pair of 2000 Ford E-350s and a 2004 Jeep Liberty with 75,884 miles.
