Food Bank hosts Community Pie Social Friday Aug 19, 2016 at 7:10 PM Aug 19, 2016 at 7:10 PM The Ashland Emergency Food Bank hosts its third annual Community Pie Social from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 21, at 560 Clover Lane, Ashland. Organizers say the gathering is intended to "celebrate the spirit of community that binds us together," and invites people to come for music, conversation and a slice of pie.  Two demonstrations are planned, with Karen Amarotico of the A Pie A Day blog presenting at 3:30 and Allison Brummett, pastry chef of Larks Home Kitchen Cuisine Restaurant, at 4:15.
