She was also cited for minor in possession of alcohol by a minor. Two other 20-year-old women were cited on minor in possession of alcohol charges. Tuesday, 5:16 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a stolen bicycle in the 2500 block of Ashland Street. Tuesday, 10:10 a.m. — An abandoned vehicle in the 800 block of Glendower Street was towed. Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. — A 57-year-old man was cited and released in the 1100 block of East Main Street on an Ashland Municipal Court warrant charging contempt and third-degree theft. Tuesday, 2:18 p.m. — Police issued a warrant for a 23-year-old man who was already in the jail after being arrested the day before on unrelated charges. Tuesday, 3:31 p.m. — Police responded to a non-injury motor vehicle accident at the corner of North Laurel Street and Van Ness Avenue. A woman was cited for failing to obey a traffic safety device. Tuesday, 4:11 p.m. — Police investigated the theft of a bicycle in the 400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Tuesday, 4:24 p.m. — An adult female was taken into protective custody in the first block of Fifth Street after attempting to commit suicide. Tuesday, 4:41 p.m. — A 21-year-old man was arrested at the corner of Eagle Mill Road and Oak Street on a warrant stemming from a heroin possession charge and lodged in the Jackson County Jail. Tuesday, 6:53 p.m. — A 24-year-old woman was arrested at the corner of North Pioneer and East Main streets on a misdemeanor warrant and lodged in the Jackson County Jail. Tuesday, 11:29 p.m. — A 44-year-old man was arrested in the 500 block of Clover Lane on two warrants.
