She was additionally charged with possession of methamphetamine and assault on a police officer after she resisted arrest and bit an officer's arm. She was lodged at the Jackson County Jail. Thursday, 5:09 p.m. — A 21-year-old man was cited on a charge of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. Friday, 12:22 a.m. — A 24-year-old man was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants following a disturbance call in the area of Oak Street and Eagle Mill Road.
