SEEN ON SCENE Schneider Art Museum Family Day Comment DailyTidings.com Writer Posted Feb. 22, 2016 at 12:01 AM Posted Feb. 22, 2016 at 12:01 AM » Social News Activities at the monthly free Family Day event at the Schneider Art Museum on the Southern Oregon University campus on Saturday included mobile creations by kids and families at the DeBoer Sculpture building and included a scavenger hunt at the museum in which participants identified art works by using small visual clues. The next free Family Day at the Schneider runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 19. Family Days, sponsored by an economic, cultural, tourism and sustainability grant from the city of Ashland, feature hands-on arts projects and exhibition activities designed to engage families with the current exhibition.
