Barbara was diagnosed with stage four terminal cancer in July 2013. She always said "You've got three choices in life: Give Up, Give In, or Give it all you've got!" After a long hard fight she leaves behind her three daughters, Brandi McConkey, Brittany Hernandez, and Brooke Galarsa; along with five grandchildren; her mother, Ardith Wilson; and her only sister, Rhonda Wilson. With no one quite like her, she has touched many lives and been an inspiration to everyone who surrounded her. As we prepare for our gathering Barb asks us to make sure we are all Happy and Laughing as we remember her! She specifically said to us, no black clothing and crying, she is in a better place!
