Main St, or at the contact station on East main Street by the Ashland Plaza when it is open, the department has announced. The bags are orange, which will help the kids stay visible as they enjoy Ashland's Halloween festivities and trick or treating. The bags also have an anti-drug message and safety tips for the kids and parents. All residents of Ashland can feel free to stop by and pick up a bag for their kids. These bags are free, but there is only a limited supply.
