The driver was subsequently investigated by Medford police. Friday, 8:33 a.m. — A woman was cited on a charge of following too close in the 1200 block of Siskiyou Boulevard after she was suspected of causing a three-car collision near Bridge Street. A passenger in one of the involved vehicles was transported to Ashland Community Hospital with a complaint of neck pain. Friday, 12:23 p.m. — A 36-year-old man was arrested on charges of theft of services, false information to a police officer and two warrants in the 700 block of Park Street. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail. Friday, 5:54 p.m. — A man was transported to the Moore Center for detox in the 200 block of Maple Street. Friday, 8:27 p.m. — A woman was taken into protective custody on a mental health hold. Saturday, 12:57 a.m. — A 34-year-old man was arrested on a Jackson County felony warrant in the 1600 block of Ashland Street. Saturday, 3:00 a.m. — A 24-year-old man was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants in the area of North Main and Grant streets. Saturday, 10:10 a.m. — A 21-year-old man was arrested on a charge of third-degree theft after he was suspected of shoplifting at Market of Choice in the 1400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Saturday, 3:48 p.m. — Police received a report of public indecency in the first block of Winburn Way. Saturday, 4:01 p.m. — A 22-year-old woman was cited and released on a charge of third-degree theft after she was suspected of shoplifting at Market of Choice in the 1400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Saturday, 9:32 p.m. — A man was taken into protective custody and transported to detox in the 100 block of East Main Street. Sunday, 1:23 a.m. — A 51-year-old man was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants in the 1200 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Sunday, 2:03 p.m. — A 25-year-old man was arrested on charges of DUII-alcohol and violating his felony probation in the area of North Pioneer Street and Lithia Way. He was lodged at jail. Sunday, 4:01 a.m. — A theft was reported in the 100 block of East Main Street. The case is under investigation. Sunday, 6:00 p.m. — A woman reported that she had been the victim of a tax fraud scam in the 200 block of Gresham Street. Sunday, 6:36 p.m. — A 52-year-old man was cited on a charge of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. Sunday, 10:49 p.m. — An 18-year-old woman was cited on a charge of minor in possession of alcohol by consumption in the 300 block of Walker Avenue. Monday, 12:24 a.m. — A man was taken into protective custody after he threatened suicide in the 400 block of Stadium Street. Monday, 1:28 a.m. — A 25-year-old man was cited and released on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants in the 100 block of North Main Street.
