Police reports, Feb. 24-28 Tuesday Feb 28, 2017 at 7:25 PM Feb 28, 2017 at 7:25 PM Local report Friday, 11:41 a.m. — Police arrested a man on third-degree robbery and third-degree theft charges after he stole items from Market of Choice and used force to try and get away from loss prevention. Friday, 2:43 p.m. — Police investigated a hit and run that occurred in front of Ruby's Neighborhood Restaurant in the 100 block of North Pioneer Street. Friday, 5:51 p.m. — Police arrested a woman on theft and assault charges after she stole more than $100 worth of items from Market of Choice, then assaulted a loss prevention officer and fleeing on foot. Friday, 6:04 p.m. — Police investigated a burglary in the 1300 block of Tolman Creek Road. Saturday, 12:36 a.m. — Police cited a woman at the intersection of North Second Street and Lithia Way for driving under the influence of intoxicants. Saturday, 1:32 a.m. — Police arrested a man at the intersection of North Main and Skidmore streets on charges of reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants. Sunday, 2:38 a.m. — Police arrested a man at the intersection of East Main and North Second streets for driving under the influence of intoxicants.  Sunday, 12:23 p.m. — A man turned in a lost wallet found in the 2400 block of Ashland Street to police.  Sunday, 3:34 p.m. — Police investigated a domestic disturbance call in the 100 block of Lincoln Street. Monday, 2:16 a.m. —Police arrested a man in the first block of North Third Street on fourth-degree assault and harassment charges after getting into an argument with his wife and injuring her. Monday, 7:45 a.m. — Police investigated an aggravated assault in the 100 block of Ridge Road. Monday, 1:15 p.m. — Police arrested a man in the 2200 block of McCall Drive and lodged him in jail on a warrant. Monday, 3:05 p.m. — A traffic stop at the intersection of North Pioneer Street and Will Dodge Way led to a citation for public marijuana use and a warrant arrest. Monday, 3:29 p.m. — Police arrested a man in the 700 block of Siskiyou Boulevard on an outstanding warrant. Monday, 7:36 p.m. — Police arrested a man in the 1400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard after he stole three bottles of vitamins from Market of Choice.
