Monday, 3:11 p.m. — A theft was reported in the 300 block of Palm Avenue. Monday, 3:13 p.m. — Found property was returned in the 400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Monday, 5:47 p.m. — A 43-year-old man was cited on a charge of use of marijuana in public in the first block of Winburn Way. Monday, 5:52 p.m. — An individual reported their personal property tampered with in the 1400 block of Woodland Drive. Monday, 10:18 p.m. — An individual was taken into protective custody on a mental health hold in the 600 block of Faith Avenue. Monday, 11:21 p.m. — A woman was reported missing by her roommate in the 1200 block of Munson Drive. Tuesday, 1:24 a.m. — A 22-year-old man was cited for having his dog on the Plaza island in the first block of North Main Street. Tuesday, 12:22 p.m. — Police arrested a 28-year-old man on a charge of disorderly conduct in the 2900 block of Highway 66. Tuesday, 2:59 p.m. — A 24-year-old man, a 37-year-old man and a 27-year-old man were cited on a charge of smoking marijuana in public in the first block of North Main Street. Tuesday, 4:37 p.m. — A 38-year-old man was cited on a charge of drinking in public in the 100 block of East Main Street. About 20 minutes later, he was arrested on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct in the 400 block of Wightman Street, and was lodged at the Jackson County jail. Tuesday, 5:25 p.m. — Police responded to a report of kidnapping and custodial interference in the 200 block of Wimer Street. Wednesday, 12:05 a.m. — A 45-year-old man was arrested on a charge of interfering with an officer.
