The family would like to thank Providence Hospice for their great care and help. Christina was born November 21, 1955 in Medford, Ore. to Robert and Barbara (Maynard) Robinson. She graduated from Phoenix High School in 1974. On June 21, 1975 she married Timothy A. Jacobson and together they raised four children. She loved camping, going to the coast, attending church at City On A Hill, and any excuse to go shopping. She will be remembered for the love she showed to many, especially her family. Christina is survived by her husband Timothy, her children, Holly (Doug) Volpe, Betsy (Joshua) Marotti, Calvin (Jessica) Jacobson and ten grandchildren (Mitchel, Jordan, Daisy, Keira, Rylie, Pearl, Vada, Brielle, Josiah and Nevaeh); sisters, Brenda Clayton and Mary Sterett. She was preceded in death by her son, Jacoby Chad Jacobson, and her father and mother. There will be a visitation at Litwiller-Simonsen Funeral Home, 1811 Ashland Street, Ashland, Oregon on Thursday, December 18, 2014 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. On Friday, December 19, 2014 at 12:00 noon there will be a graveside service at Mountain View Cemetery, 440 Normal Avenue, Ashland, Oregon, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 pm at His Valley Church, 4812 South Pacific Highway, Phoenix, Oregon. In lieu of flowers and to bring to fruition Mima's dream, please make memorial contributions to City On A Hill to further the completion of their church building.
