Saturday, 1:28 a.m. — Police investigated a fight at the corner of North Pioneer and East Main streets. Saturday, 12:05 p.m. — Police interviewed a suspicious male at the corner of Iowa Street and North Mountain Avenue for reportedly asking girls if they wanted a ride and offering money to model for him. Saturday, 1:06 p.m. — A 38-year-old man was arrested in the 2300 block of Ashland Street on charges of menacing and disorderly conduct. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail. Saturday, 1:48 p.m. — Police investigated a theft in the 2200 block of Ashland Street and arrested a 52-year-old man on a third-degree theft charge. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail. Saturday, 2:03 p.m. — An adult male in the 2200 block of Ashland Street was placed in protective custody for a detox hold. Saturday, 4:31 p.m. — A 59-year-old man was arrested on an Ashland Municipal Court warrant in the 600 block of Oak Knoll Drive. Saturday, 5:37 p.m. — Police investigated a possible family abuse report in the Ashland area. Saturday, 10:08 p.m. — Police investigated a report of suspicious activity in the 700 block of A Street. Saturday, 11:18 p.m. — A 29-year-old man was arrested at the corner of East Main and South Pioneer streets on a warrant for failure to appear in Ashland Municipal Court. Sunday, 12:31 a.m. — Police responded to a motor vehicle crash at the corner of Siskiyou Boulevard and Ashland Street. Sunday, 1:04 a.m. — Police investigated a reported fight at the Ashland Historic Armory in the 200 block of Oak Street. Sunday, 3:54 a.m. — Police investigated a suspicious incident in the 1000 block of Siskiyou Bouelvard. Sunday, 9:01 a.m. — Police responded to a report of theft and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle in the 300 block of Maple Street. Sunday, 10:05 a.m. — Police found a lost dog in the 900 block of East Main Street. Sunday, 1:15 p.m. — A 35-year-old man was cited on a dog control violation in the first block of Winburn Way. Sunday, 2:01 p.m. — A 20-year-old man was cited for violating an open container law in the first block of Winburn Way.
