Main St., Ashland. The book explores the struggles of a father and his strong-willed teenage daughter as she tests life's boundaries before finding maturity in a teen recovery camp. reading is free. Call 541-488-0029.   TUES Mac User Meeting: The Ashland Mac Users' Group will meet from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan 13, at the Ashland Community Hospital conference room, 280 Maple St., Ashland. Topics will include a Q&A session from 6 to 7 p.m., and a presentation on note-taking organizational software Evernote. The meeting is free. See www.ashmug.com.   WED Marlene Dietrich Film: The Talent library will show the 1931 film "Dishonored," not rated, from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, at 101 Home St., Talent. The film tells the story of a spy in the first World War who betrays enemy officers until she falls in love with one of her victims. The Talent library will show films starring Dietrich Wednesdays in January. Admission is free, and refreshments will be served. Call 541-864-8850 or see www.jcls.org.   THURS Performance Preview: A preview production of Camelot Theatre's production of "Spotlight on Roy Orbison" will be at 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 15, at 101 Talent Ave., Talent. The performance, directed by Presila Quinby, will include vocals and rhythm guitar by Erik Connolly, and backup vocals and narration by Marlena Gray and Kathleen Marrs. Arrangements will include "Oh, Pretty Woman," "Crying," "Only the Lonely" and "It's Over." Tickets for the preview performance are $20.
