He was born June 22, 1957 in Grants Pass, Ore. to Robert and Donna Moore. Russell was a logger, mill worker and painter for work. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Russel is survived by his son, Brandon Moore of Portland, Ore.; daughter, Johnita Moore of Eagle Point, Ore.; sisters, Janice Lount of Eagle Point, Ore., and Leanne Moore of Trail, Ore.; grandchildren, Parker Edwards and Paige Edwards; and many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 09, 2014 at the Eagle Point Grange.
