The Medford-based auto retailer, with 133 stores in 14 states, said it has completed its purchase of Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat in Concord, Calif., and Bennett Motors in Great Falls, Mont. The stores will be renamed Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat of Concord and Lithia Subaru Hyundai GMC Buick of Great Falls and will add $75 million in estimated annual revenue. Lithia first moved into Great Falls when it acquired Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Honda dealerships from Pierce's Superstores in 2004. Lithia was awarded a Fiat dealership in Concord in November 2010 and later picked up Diablo Subaru in nearby Walnut Creek two years ago. "Both locations are markets that have complementary Lithia operations and allow us to leverage scale in the community," Lithia President and CEO Bryan DeBoer said. Bennett Motors was established in 1915. “The breadth and depth of Lithia’s organization and their commitment to being leaders in the automotive industry ensures future growth, stability and excellent customer service,” Cari Bennett-Yturri, president and general manager of Bennett Motors, told the Great Falls Tribune. “Our legacy of service and our dedicated staff impressed Lithia.
