He was born in Palatine, Ill. to Edmund and Marion Abroe and grew up in the Rogue Valley, graduating from Eagle Point High School. When he was young, Robert saved a child's life and was termed a local hero. He owned and operated Champion Trade Printing, a very successful business in Medford, for many years. Robert is survived by three daughters and three sisters, Becky Savage, Susan Pringle, and Barbara Ring. A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, April 11, 2015 at Bobbio's Pizza, Roberts Rd., Medford.
