Schmidt passed away peacefully Monday, February 16, 2015. She is survived by her son, Don Schmidt (Valerie); daughter, Laurene Hagan; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 27, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church, 649 Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to First Baptist Church of Medford.
