Medford police Monday arrested Todd on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, first-degree theft, and for failing to appear in several misdemeanor driving offenses. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday without bail. Assault — Yvonne Florence Feeler, 35, of the 1000 block of West 11th Street, Medford. Medford police late Sunday arrested Feeler on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and harassment. She was lodged Monday at the Jackson County Jail, where she was being held Monday in lieu of $12,000 bail. Drugs — Ryan James Hiebert, 25, of the 2200 block of Taylor Road, Central Point. Central Point police Monday arrested Hiebert on two counts of possession of amphetamines and for failing to appear on a weapons charge. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $13,000 bail. Assault — Jeremy Shad Poe, 27, of the 100 block of Seroba Circle, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Poe on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held in lieu of $8,000 bail. Sex-offender registration — Joe Antonio Steiner, 23, no address available. Medford police Monday arrested Steiner on charges of failing to register as a sex offender and for allegedly violation the condition of his parole from a previous sodomy conviction. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday without bail. Drugs — Kelly Jean Taylor, 21, of the 1100 block of Niantic Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Taylor on two counts of possession of amphetamines and one count of violating the conditions of her probation from a previous drug conviction. She was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail, where she was being held Monday in lieu of $15,000 bail. Crime reports Burglary — The intersection of Hillcrest and Highcrest roads, Medford. Medford police took a report at 8:10 a.m. Monday of a burglary at a business from which $1,360 worth of items were taken. Reported taken were a saw, generator, upright weed trimmer, pump and drill, police said. Miscellaneous Jail releases — A total of 130 inmates were released last week from the Jackson County Jail to meet its new court-ordered cap of no more than 230 inmates. Of those, 50 were released before their scheduled court appearances, 23 were granted an early release from a sentence and 57 were released for miscellaneous reasons.
