Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend October 8, 2005 Emergency Services Felony arrests Assault — Benjamin Farias-Delaluz, 27, of the 600 block of North Columbus Street, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Farias-Delaluz on two counts of fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in the Jackson Count Jail, where he remained late Friday on $12,000 bail. Assault — Loretta Estrall Whight, 41, of the 100 block of Lewis Avenue, Medford. Medford police Friday arrested Whight on a charge of fourth-degree assault. She was lodged in jail and released after posting bail. Crime reports Vehicle theft — 2300 block of Jacksonville Highway, Medford. Medford police Friday took a report in which a teal 1970 Chevy Truck, Oregon license BSB 440, was stolen. The value of the truck is unknown.
