Emergency services, April 26 Apr 25, 2016 12:00 AM A A Felony arrests Fugitive — Lacey Jane Bryant-Lovrin, 28, of 23000 block of Highway 62, Trail. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Sunday arrested Bryant-Lovrin on a fugitive warrant out of California as well as failing to appear on theft and burglary charges. She was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Robbery — Edward Richard Fleming, 37, of the 4100 block of Grant Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Sunday arrested Fleming on charges of third-degree robbery, third-degree theft and warrants charging him with failing to appear on previous felony theft cases. He was lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Kayla Lyn Anderson, 21, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Anderson on charges of possession of methamphetamine, interfering with a police officer and for violating her parole on a previous drug conviction. She was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Fugitive — Lisa Jaylynn Hubbell, 47, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Hubbell on a fugitive warrant out of California and a local contempt charge. She was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Crime reports Theft — 3300 block of Alameda Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 12:56 p.m. Monday of the theft of a woman's bicycle. The loss was valued at $1,200.
