Travis Waller made it official on Wednesday, although he announced his decision back in December. He's planning to be in school in time for spring football at Oregon, joining five other early enrollees. Waller, a 6-foot-3, 185-pound dual-threat, is a four-star recruit out of Servite High School in Southern California, where he passed for 1,797 yards and 12 touchdowns, and ran for 815 yards and 13 scores his senior year. Often compared to Dennis Dixon, he has only played at QB for two years and is a likely redshirt in the upcoming season.
