RVCC teaching pro Fisher ranked third by Golf Digest Dec 02, 2011 12:00 AM A A Rogue Valley Country Club teaching professional Ed Fisher has been selected one of Oregon's top golf instructors by Golf Digest. In the magazine's November edition, the best teachers in each state were ranked in conjunction with a listing of the top 50 in America. Fisher was No. 3, behind Jerry Mowlds of Pumpkin Ridge in North Plains and Bruce Furman of Langdon Farms in Aurora. Fisher was the Oregon Professional Golfers' Association teacher of the year in 2004 and was nominated for the same honor this year and in 2003.
