Medford police arrested Green Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief. Jackson County sheriff's deputies additionally committed Green on a misdemeanor littering conviction from 2004. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday and released on his own recognizance. Theft — Devan Jerry Savage, 22, of the 300 block of Seventh Street, Rogue River. Rogue River police arrested Savage Tuesday on five felony warrants charging first-degree theft and on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a fourth-degree assault charge. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Levi Ryder Buday, 19, of the 1500 block of Kenyon Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Buday Tuesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft and on a sanction for violating his parole on a previous charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail. Impaired Driving — Timothy August Kenealy, 40, of the 8200 block of Barbur Street, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Kenealy Wednesday on a felony charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released on his own recognizance. Assault — Paul Allen Glade Jr., 34, of the 700 block of Laurelwood Drive, Rogue River. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Glade Wednesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree domestic violence assault, a misdemeanor charge of harassment and a misdemeanor warrant charging harassment. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released. Sex Offender Registration — Matthew Samuel Nelson, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Nelson Wednesday on a felony warrant charging failure to register his address as a sex offender, and on a misdemeanor warrant charging failure to register as a sex offender on his birthday. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released on his own recognizance. Supplying Contraband — Kathlyn Alexandra Bucholz-Fomin, 28, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Bucholz-Fomin Wednesday on felony charges of supplying contraband and heroin possession, and for violating her parole on previous felony convictions for methamphetamine and heroin possession. She was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Burglary — John David Holien, 28, of the 700 block of Dakota Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Holien Wednesday on felony warrants charging first- and second-degree burglary and on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a previous misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released because of overcrowding. Criminal Mischief — Jerrah Rae Roley, 32, of the 2100 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Roley Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief. She was booked in the jail Wednesday and released on her own recognizance. Theft — Sandra Eve Moore, 40, of the 1100 block of East 10th Street, Medford. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Moore Wednesday on a felony warrant charging first-degree theft and on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a previous third-degree theft charge. She was booked in the jail Wednesday and released because of overcrowding. Assault — Kimberly Ann Bennett, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Bennett Wednesday on a felony charge of third-degree assault and a misdemeanor charge of reckless endangering. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $12,000 bail. Drugs — Scott Hosea Hunter, 44, of the 1400 block of Crown Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Hunter Wednesday on felony charges of manufacturing and distributing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, and for possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on more than $1 million bail. Assault — Lindsey Kuinilani Todd, 31, no known address. Medford police arrested Todd Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree assault and misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and two counts of reckless endangering. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $115,000 bail. Vehicle Elude — Anthony Michael Kloosterman, 25, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Kloosterman Wednesday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, and on misdemeanor charges of reckless driving, reckless endangering and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $20,000 bail. Assault — Misti Leanne Wilson, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Wilson Wednesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree domestic violence assault, and on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $17,500 bail. Court Appearance — Brian James Parke II, 36, no known address. On Wednesday, Parke made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of hydrocodone possession and a misdemeanor charge of failing to display his operators license. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — John Lee Johnson, 27, no known address. Medford police arrested Johnson Wednesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft and for violating his parole on a second-degree burglary conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $12,500 bail. Crime report Theft — Medford police took a report of theft of an off-white Coleman pop-up tent trailer at 3:26 p.m. Wednesday in the 2300 block of North Pacific Highway. The loss was valued at $1,500.
