Talent police arrested Flores late Monday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, then released on his own recognizance. Mistreatment — Eileen Sue Bennett, 55, appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging her with first-degree criminal mistreatment. She was booked into jail and released. Theft — Julie Anne Nelson, 50, of the 1000 block of Crews Road, Medford. Nelson appeared in Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging her with first-degree theft, first- degree forgery and two counts of identity theft. She was booked into jail and released. Attempted assault — Luis Sergio Rodriguez-Meza, 22, of the 700 block of Jackson Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Rodriguez-Meza Tuesday on charges of attempted second- degree assault and menacing. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Tuesday night on $29,000 bail. Drugs — Randall Eugene Nathan, 21, of the 400 block of Pinnacle Ridge Drive, Eagle Point. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy arrested Nathan Tuesday on a warrant charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Tuesday night on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Lawrence Leroy Wyman, 47, of the 200 block of Bigham Brown Road, Eagle Point. A sheriff’s deputy arrested Wyman Tuesday on two charges of possession of a precursor substance with intent to manufacture a controlled substance. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Tuesday night on $40,000 bail. Advertisement Burglary — Dean Scott Watson, 40, no address listed. Medford police arrested Watson Tuesday on charges of second-degree burglary and second-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Tuesday night on $18,000 bail. Crime reports Burglary — 400 block of North Grape Street, Medford. Medford police took a report Tuesday of a burglary in which $375 was reported stolen. Burglary — 2600 block of Avenue G, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy took a report of a burglary at a printing business. An estimated loss of $300 worth of goods was reported. Burglary — 300 block of Orr Drive, Central Point. A sheriff’s deputy took a report of a burglary at a home. A dog and gun with a combined value of $400 were reportedly taken.
