Medford police arrested Vance Wednesday on charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, contraband, theft and failures to appear for possession of methamphetamine and driving with a revoked license. She was released from Jackson County Jail on her own recognizance. Drugs — Alex Roy Martinez, 41, unknown address. Medford police arrested Martinez Wednesday on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and a parole violation for possession of methamphetamine. He is being held on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Ricardo Macia, 23, of the 700 block of North River Road, Rogue River. Rogue River police arrested Macias Thursday on charges of felony possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear for possession of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Jordan Cherie Strickland, 29, of the 3700 block of Mallard Lane, Medford. Sheriff's deputies arrested Strickland Thursday on charges of possession of methamphetamine. She is being held in jail. Manslaughter — Priscilla Ann Rose, 49, of the 2300 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Oregon State Police arrested Rose Thursday on charges of felony manslaughter, second-degree manslaughter, driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, and reckless driving. She is being held on $1 million bail. Drugs — Tanner Joel Mills, 23, of the 300 block of Holly Street, Medford. Sheriff's deputies arrested Mills Thursday on charges of possession of heroin. He is being held in jail.
