Medford police arrested Forsythe Saturday on a felony charge of failing to report as a sex offender and on a misdemeanor charge of failing to report as a sex offender. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released Saturday on his own recognizance. Elude — Suzette Breeze Millican, 44, of Salem. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Millican Saturday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and on a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. She was booked in the jail and released Saturday on her own recognizance. Strangulation — Christopher Wes Moore, 37, of the 600 block of Mountain View Drive, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Moore Saturday on a felony charges of strangulation constituting domestic abuse and coercion and on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic abuse and harassment. He was held in jail Saturday on $25,000 bail. Officer Assault — Seth Anthony Parrish, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Parrish Saturday on a felony charge of assaulting a police officer, misdemeanor charges of second-degree trespassing and resisting arrest and for violating his parole on a prior conviction for assaulting a police officer. He was held in jail Saturday without bail. Drugs — James Adelbert Russell, 37, no known address. Ashland police arrested Russell Saturday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended or revoked and misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of felon in possession of a firearm and driving while suspended or revoked.
