If you met her, like I did, you would be confident that she would bring fresh ideas on how best to serve all residents of Jackson County. Her background, experience and ideas cut across party lines. Compare that with incumbents who demonize the opposition and put party loyalty ahead of the common good. Her platform is about creating solutions together — no matter what hat you wear. When you dig deeper into common problems, you get better answers on what to do and who you can work with to make life better for folks in the county. That’s what Denise Krause brings to the table: a solid work ethic to get things done in a fair, honest and responsible way. Let’s get her elected. Stephen C. Haskell Ashland Reelect Rick Dyer I have been friends with Rick Dyer since junior high school. We have remained close friends our entire lives. Rick has shown exemplary honor and character since I met him so many years ago. As a local businessman, he treated people fairly and equitably, and made sure his customers always left feeling that they had gained something along the way. The least of which was a good friend. As county commissioner, Rick has tirelessly worked to better our city, our county and the state of Oregon. His pragmatic and well-thought-out approach is something more elected officials could learn and benefit from. He works to establish a consensus for the best results for all parties involved. My wife and I encourage you to vote for Rick Dyer for Jackson County commissioner. Our county greatly benefits from his leadership and his voice.
