Baxter Jeffry L. Baxter, of Brookings, Ore. passed away March 18, 2015 at age 56. He had been employed since 2004 by Aetna. Jeff was a photography enthusiast, enjoyed a broad range of music, and scenic road trips. He had many long-term friendships with people from all walks of life who loved and miss him. He’s been described as a witty curmudgeon with a vast, soft heart. Jeff was a 1976 graduate of Eagle Point High School, and attended Hedrick Junior High and Roosevelt Elementary School in Medford. Jeff was predeceased by his father, Robert T. Baxter and is survived by his mother, Lee Livingston. He is also survived by his sister, Jennifer Williams. Jeff’s ashes have been interred at Siskiyou Memorial Park in Medford. To honor Jeff, please make a donation to the charity of your choice.
