Green Book honors herb company An herb-selling company from the California coast has been chosen regional "green business of the year" by the Ashland-based Green Book. Moonrise Herbs of Arcata was selected for its high-quality bulk herbs, its efforts to educate the public about sustainable use and harvest of herbs and its in-house recycling, said Green Book publisher Nanci Anderson Powell of Ashland. The Green Book is an annual guide to Southern Oregon and Northern California businesses that feature earth-friendly products and services.
