  People   in business   Oregon Pacific Financial Advisors has hired two senior executives and two other employees.   Dan Goltz has been named chief operating officer. He is the former timber manager of Burrill Lumber Co. He graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in forest management.   Matt Waldrop has been hired as a financial consultant. He spent the past three years at Edward Jones Investments in Medford and four years before that as a banker with First Security of Idaho. He graduated from Idaho State University with a degree in accounting.   The firm also hired Ann McFall and Paula Darcy . McFall will oversee the client services and computer operations portion of the business. Darcy will be responsible for front-office administration, reception and clients' insurance matters. Terry Lukens has been hired as a sales associate at Town & Country Chevrolet in Ashland. He was formerly a sales representative in the grocery distribution business.   He graduated from Phoenix High School in 1985 and attended Southern Oregon University. Richard Haines and Steven Babbitt have joined Transmission Pros, an auto repair business.   Haines, former manager at Pete's Transmission, has been hired as the manager and Babbitt, also a former Pete's employee, as a builder.   Ed Patton opened the business in September. The phone number is 245-4284. Robin Spienza has leased a salon space at Total-E-Clips in suite F at 259 Barnett Road in Medford.
