Central Point police Monday arrested Garcia on charges of first-degree robbery, second-degree robbery, and possession and distribution of marijuana. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail on more than $2 million bail. Robbery — Steven Jacob Eddy, 22, no known address. Eagle Point police Monday arrested Eddy on charges of second-degree robbery, third-degree robbery, second-degree theft and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was lodged Monday in jail on more than $1 million bail. Sex-offender registration — Robin Stewart Dowell, 61,m of the 600 block of West Fourth Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Dowell on a warrant for failing to register as a sex offender. He was lodged Monday in jail on $15,000 bail. Drugs — Brandon Shane Melson, 28, of the 100 block of Broad Street, Butte Falls. Medford police Monday arrested Melson on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged Monday in jail on $10,000 bail. Drugs — Alexander F. Green, 30, of San Francisco. Green made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of manufacture, delivery and possession of marijuana. He was booked Monday in jail and released. Drugs — Brandon Daniel Rush, 30, of the 23400 block of Highway 62, Shady Cove. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Rush on charges of possession of methamphetamine and second-degree trespass. He was lodged Monday in jail on $11,000 bail. Drugs — Nicholas Patrick Kubasiak, 34, of the 1100 block of Worthington Street, Medford. Kubasiak made his initial court appearance Monday on charges of possession of heroin and methamphetamine, He was booked Monday in jail and released. Burglary — Elizabeth Jean Togneri, 41, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Togneri on charges of second-degree burglary and third-degree theft. She was lodged Monday in jail on $18,000 bail. Drugs — Stephen Gregory Johnson, 55, no known address. Talent police Monday arrested Johnson on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and six warrants of failing to appear on previous drug cases. He was lodged Monday in jail on $525,000 bail. Burglary — Cehelena Estelle Hill, 27, of the 600 block of Chestnut Street, Ashland. Ashland police Monday arrested Hill on two counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of first-degree trespass, two counts of second-degree criminal mischief and two counts of second-degree theft. She was lodged Monday in jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Ramie Lawrence Kezer, 51, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Kezer on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and on a warrant for failing to appear on a DUII charge. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — William James Cummings, Sr., 50, of the 300 block of DeBar Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Cummings on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for violating the conditions of his parole on a previous aggravated theft conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Burglary — Raymond Andrew Calvert, 54, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Calvert on charges of first-degree burglary, theft of services, third-degree theft and third-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged Monday in jail on $66,000 bail. Crime reports Vandalism — 2700 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report at 4:18 a.m. Monday of vandalism to a business, where a chain-link fence and glass door were damaged. The loss was valued at $1,000.
