Rogue River wins behind fine pitching Aug 19, 1999 12:00 AM A A KALAMZOO, Mich . -- Jamie Artoff and Katie Glasscock combined for a shutout, and Melissa McGinnis slugged a home run to lead the Rogue River girls to a 13-0 victory over Mexico in the Senior Little League Girls World Series here Wednesday. Artoff worked the first three innings to get the win while Glasscock pitched the final two frames. The game ended after five innings. Rogue River's Crystal Kalinowski made an outstanding catch in center field. The West Region representative, which lost its first two games, can finish as high as third in the eight-team event.
