Ezequiel Ayala Enriquez, 41, of the 500 block of Benson Street, has a nationwide felony warrant out for his arrest and is considered armed and dangerous, Medford police said. Enriquez, who also goes by "Alex" and "Droopy," allegedly approached a 29-year-old man he knew who was walking with another man in the Minute Market parking lot at 1217 W. Stewart Ave., at about 20 minutes to midnight Saturday. Medford police Lt. Mike Budreau said Enriquez and the 29-year-old got into an argument stemming from a past issue police declined to disclose. The argument turned physical, and both men started throwing punches. Enriquez allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed the 29-year-old twice. The man was treated and released at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, police said. Police have been unable to find Enriquez, who is described as 5-foot-7 and weighing about 180 pounds. Police said he looks younger than 41. Court records show Enriquez is supposed to be arraigned April 17 on several drug charges that include possession of heroin, cocaine and methamphetamine, and manufacture and delivery of cocaine and methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact Detective Bill Ford at 541-774-2230. Enriquez should not be approached, police said.
