Sheriff's deputies arrested Rivera-Sears late Saturday on charges of being a felon in possession of a weapon as well as a warrant for an Assault charge. He was being held in the Jackson County Jail on $9,000 bail. Assault — Rohn Buttolph, 41, of the 400 block of Stevens Road, Eagle Point. Sheriff's deputies arrested Buttolph early Sunday on charges of assault, contempt and driving under the influence of alcohol. He is being held without bail. Assault — John Wayne Bartlett, 41, of the 800 block of Faith Streeet, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Bartlett Sunday morning on charges of assault. He is being held on $10,000 bail. Drugs — Jeffrey Dennis Rupert, 47, of Avenel Court, Medford. Medford police arrested Rupert Sunday morning on charges of possessing methamphetamines and indecency. He is being held without bail. Theft — Brieann Nicole Morgan, 18, of the 200 block of Hamilton Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Morgan Sunday evening on charges of theft. She was being held on $15,000 bail. Crime Reports Theft — 1900 block of Oakmont Way, Medford. Sheriff's deputies took a report in which guitars were stolen. The reported value was $5,000. Would you like to respond to this story?
