The nation's seventh-largest auto retailer already has Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Missoula and a Toyota dealership in the western Montana city. But it is the company's first Ford dealership in the state. "We are pleased to expand in a market where we have an established presence and a solid track record of success," President Bryan DeBoer said in a statement. The Medford-based auto company said it estimates the new acquisition will produce annual revenue of $50 million. Kathy Ogren has operated Bitterroot Motors since 1984, after the death of her husband. The family began selling Fords in 1981. Lithia shares gained 81 cents Wednesday, closing at $119.80. People's Bank issues dividend People’s Bank of Commerce declared a one-time 5 percent stock dividend. For every 20 shares stockholders own, they will receive an additional share. The special dividend will be paid on or about Sept. 17 to shareholders of record Aug. 17. The Medford-based community bank has recorded 24 consecutive profitable quarters. As of June 30, People's Bank reported year-over-year growth of 10 percent in total assets to $223 million, an increase in total deposits of 10 percent to $197.7 million and growth in total loans of 10 percent to $152.8 million. The bank's over-the-counter shares were valued at $9.76 Wednesday.
