Airline proposed Aug 01, 1997 12:00 AM A A A California entrepreneur is investigating the formation of Oregon ExpressAirlines, a carrier that would link Medford with Reno and Salt Lake City. Stephen G. Maxham of Whittier has sought information on operations fromRogue Valley International-Medford Airport, said Craig Baldwin, the airport'sadministrative manager. He is serious, said Medford Mayor Jerry Lausmann. Hehas plans to base the airline in Klamath Falls.
