Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend August 24, 2005 Emergency services Felony arrests Robbery — Lucian Moon Patchell, 29, of the 2700 block of Centeberry Lane, Medford. An Ashland police officer Monday arrested Patchell on a charge of second-degree robbery. He was lodged in Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $500,000 bail. Drugs — Holly Elizabeth Burcham, 32, of the 300 block of Morningside Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday arrested Burcham on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation. She was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs — Brandie Ann Mendoza, 32, of the 2600 block of Falcon Street, White City. Mendoza appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine and possession of designer drugs. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance.
