Emergency services, Nov. 19 Sunday Nov 19, 2017 at 8:00 AM Felony arrests Theft — Toykay Johnson, 54, of the 2600 block of Brookside Drive, Medford. Medford police arested Johnson Friday on felony warrants charging him with first-degree theft, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft, misdemeanor warrants for third-degree theft and on warrants for failing to appear in court on prior charges of possessing heroin, second-degree theft and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Friday and released Saturday on his own recognizance. Theft — Mariah Jade Morales, 22, of the 100 block of West Third Street, Phoenix. Phoenix police arrested Morales Saturday on a felony warrant charging her with first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Saturday on her own recognizance. Assault — Jesse James Leffler, 20, of the 5700 block of Gebhard Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Leffler Saturday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday on his own recognizance. Criminal Mischief — John Jason Greene, 40, no known address. Ashland police arrested Greene Saturday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday. Burglary — Richard Lopaka Metcalfe, 58, no known address. Medford police arrested Metcalfe Saturday on a felony charge of second-degree burglary, misdemeanor counts of second-degree trespassing and third-degree theft and for violating his parole on a prior second-degree burglary conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Robbery — Leonel Torres, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Torres Saturday on a felony charge of third-degree robbery, misdemeanor counts of harassment and third-degree theft and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior methamphetamine-possession conviction.
